☆ Processing Time
Pieces can take up to a maximum of 4 weeks to process before shipment. Email or message me before purchase if you have any strict delivery deadlines.
☆ Sizing adjustment
Sizing adjustment is free of charge up to 3 inches! Info about sizes can be found in the description section of that piece. Please message me on email or instagram after you have made your purchase if you would like to request an adjustment.
☆ Repair
If your Sleepy Village piece is in need of a repair or fix, please buy the "Jewelry Warranty" product. I will be able to re-bead your piece for a labor fee, as Sleepy Village Studio is only a one-person run beading studio and bead structures can take up to 5 hours to fix depending on how bad the damage/intricate the piece is!
☆ Lost Packages
I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the case this happens, customers can file claims through the shipping service website. If shipping internationally, I recommend adding the route protection program to your cart at checkout to ensure coverage. Please make sure your mailing address is correct before submitting your order.
☆ Customs Fees
International orders outside of the US may incur customs fees/duties/VAT/taxes. Sleepy Village Studio is not responsible for collecting, processing, remitting, or paying these international fees and responsibility will be solely up to the customer! Please contact your local customs office for guidance, fee estimations, or questions before purchase.
☆ Return Policy
All sales are final. Sleepy Village Studio does not issue any refunds or return of items. Please reach out in any extenuating circumstances, and we will be happy to accomodate you.
